Children's Yoga Class- 6 WEEK SESSIONS
Sundays 4-5 pm, Next session starts March 14,
2010- April 25th, 2010.  No class 4/4/10.  Cost $60
when you preregister.  Drop in welcome if there
is room.
Your 4-12 year old will be introduced to yoga concepts such
as self-control, self-confidence, and self-respect through
singing, breathing exercises, yoga poses, and deep
relaxation.   $10/$15 a session.   Preregistration required.  
Drop ins welcome.

Pre-teen/Teen Yoga Class for girls only
Sunday 5:00-6:00pm, Next session starts March
14, 2010- April 25th, 2010.  No class 4/4/10.  Cost
$60 when you preregister.  Drop in welcome if
there is room.
Class is design for the young girl who is ready to have a
more "adult" like yoga class.  Girls will learn yoga
philosophy, breathing, yoga poses, and relaxation
techniques.
